DepEd Kalinga congratulates Amador D. Garcia, Sr., PhD, CESO VI whose appointment was signed by the President as Schools Division Superintendent last March 08, 2022 and whose Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) Rank VI took effect last February 10, 2022.

Garcia has been the Officer-In-Charge, Office of the Schools Division Superintendent of Kalinga Division since September 26, 2019 after serving Divisions of Apayao and Abra.
