The ISO External Audit Team finally declared that SDO Kalinga is now ISO9001:2015 aligned after the conduct of a two-day surveillance audit on December 15 and 16.
The External Auditors found that the Division is in the right direction geared toward the attainment of Total Quality Management for the realization of the vision and mission of DepEd for effective and efficient delivery of services to both internal and external clientele.
The team headed by Lloyd Antolin declared that generally, there were no major and minor corrections but only opportunities for
improvement.
The result of the audit was a great inspiration for everybody to continuously improve their processes and be ready for the final audit and eventually issuance of certification from a Certifying Body. (Nicolas N. Carag, MT II-Macutay-Palao NHS)
