SDO Kalinga conducted the Mid-Year Program Implementation Review on July 20, 2020 at Golden Berries Hotel and Convention Center, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The Mid-Year PIR aimed at assessing the physical accomplishments from January to June of 2020 vis-à-vis targets as indicated in the Division Annual Implementation Plan (DAIP)/Division Education Development Plan (DEDP); assessing fiscal accomplishments vis-à-vis targets as indicated in the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) 2020; and identifying the facilitating factors, gaps, causes of gaps and possible solutions with the provision of technical assistance.
Each division and all program owners presented their consolidated accomplishments vis-à-vis OPCR, DAIP, WFP.
Through the activity, the SDO was able to identify the actual accomplishments, mode of verification, issues and concerns and assessed performance of the Division for the first and second quarter of Calendar Year 2020. Adjustments, catch-up plans were also made aligning the Programs, Projects and Activities (PAPs) in the new normal situation.
