SDO Kalinga conducted the Year-End Program Implementation Review on December 18, 2018 at Golden Berries Hotel and Convention Center, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The Year-End PIR aimed at assessing the physical accomplishments from July to December of 2018 vis-à-vis targets as indicated in the Division Annual Implementation Plan (DAIP)/Division Education Development Plan (DEDP); assessing fiscal accomplishments vis-à-vis targets as indicated in the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) 2018; and identifying the facilitating factors, gaps, causes of gaps and possible solutions with the provision of technical assistance.
Each division presented the consolidated accomplishments vis-à-vis OPCR, DAIP/DEDP.
Through the activity, the SDO was able to identify the actual accomplishments, mode of verification, issues and concerns and assessed performance of the Division for Calendar Year 2018.
